Bazi and floor plan
Send the birth details of household members and the floor plan. A hand sketch with measurements is fine.
Layout goals
Tell Golden Lai what the layout must achieve: wealth, career, health, harmony or a specific outcome.
On-site explanation
Problems and adjustments explained on the spot, with placements, directions and qi points demonstrated.
Choose the start date
An auspicious date is chosen from the Ba Zi and the space, to start work or open a qi point. Date selection also covers childbirth and weddings.
Written report
A feng shui site survey comes with a written report. No follow-up period is set. Further items are arranged when you book.
