Feng shui master for Singapore homes and offices
Updated October 2026 · By Golden Lai
TL;DR
Singapore is by appointment. Most of Golden Lai's work there is condominiums. Commercial layouts are done too, customised to each client. Plans and photos can be assessed remotely. A visit is better. Custom space energy from SGD 2,000. Innate Bazi analysis from SGD 528. I Ching space and time from SGD 428. I Ching x health from SGD 99. Out of area feng shui has an extra service charge.
HDB feng shui inside the rules
The main door of an HDB flat is fixed, and structural walls and the household shelter cannot be removed. Advice therefore stays with what can change: furniture and bed position, who uses which room according to Ba Zi, door and gate finishes, lighting, colour, and the corridor side within the rules. HDB publishes its own renovation guidelines. This page states the principle and does not quote permit clauses.
Common layouts put the door opposite the lift lobby or a neighbour, the kitchen near the entrance, a long corridor in older flats, or bedroom doors facing each other.
Before and after BTO key collection
The useful moment is after the floor plan is final and before the renovation is locked.
Condos and landed homes
Condos turn on the unit facing, views onto a sharp tower edge or a gap between blocks, and where the balcony and bedrooms sit. Landed homes turn on the road, the slope, the car porch, the gate and the back lane.
How a visit from JB works
Golden comes from Johor Bahru and travel is billed at cost. Ba Zi and I Ching do not need a visit. They run on Zoom or WhatsApp video in the same time zone. This site does not state a fixed schedule of Singapore trips.
