Booking and fees
How do I book a consultation?
Consultations are by appointment only. Message WhatsApp +60 11-1331 9139 or use the form on this site. Messages are answered from 10am to 5pm. Urgent matters are sometimes answered outside those hours.
What are the fees?
Custom space energy from SGD 2,000. Innate Bazi analysis from SGD 528. I Ching space and time from SGD 428. I Ching x health from SGD 99. Out of area feng shui has an extra service charge. The amount is confirmed when you book.
How can I pay?
SGD, MYR, USD and USDT are accepted.
Do I have to buy Shi Fang to book a consultation?
No. Shi Fang is not required. You can book a consultation without buying a product.
Can you choose a date?
Yes. Date selection covers starting work, childbirth and weddings.

Where is Golden Lai based?
Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.
Do you serve Singapore?
Yes, by appointment. Most of the work in Singapore is condominiums. Commercial layouts are done too.
Do you travel to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Melaka or Ipoh?
Can I consult from elsewhere in Asia?
Yes. Online, and in person by appointment. Consultations are mainly in Mandarin. Messages are answered from 10am to 5pm.
Feng shui
What should I prepare for a feng shui audit?
The floor plan (a hand sketch with measurements is fine), the birth details of household members or key staff, and your goals for the layout.
Will I need to renovate?
Usually not. Most adjustments are placement, orientation and colour. Where structural change is advised it is explained on site with alternatives.

What is a Bazi chart?
Your Four Pillars: the year, month, day and hour of birth expressed in heavenly stems and earthly branches. It maps your character, talents and the timing of your luck cycles.
What can I ask in an I Ching reading?
One specific question with a decision attached: timing, a choice between options, a partnership, a move.

No. Golden Lai makes judgements, not miracles. No fatalistic guarantees, no promises of fast wealth, no lottery or stock tips.
